Update status in app when in a webinar
Right now, I have the RingCentral app open and my status is "Available" while I'm in a RingCentral webinar as a participant. It would be great, while the app is open, to show some other status similar to a video status that automatically updates and lets my contacts know that I'm not available, but in a "video" meeting. It would be a bonus if there was an icon instead of just a red circle, so that there was more information provided to all contacts.

We'd like to customize Meetings invites on a global level
When we schedule an RCM via RC Scheduler in Outlook, the invite is populated with a ton of information. We'd like to modify what is populated at a gloabl level. Currently, we can only make a global modification for webinars. We used to be able to make these type of adjustments when we were with Zoom. We expect that we should be able to do the same thing with RCM.We have worked with Support (Case #17054616) to no avail.

Participant View Report Based on Date Range
It's very tedious to click "Participants" and export/copy and paste the "Meeting Participants Report" for each separate meeting. Can you please implement a feature to download a mass report for the Meeting Participant Report that can be filtered by date (monthly, weekly, etc.)

Please add Filmstrip View to RC Webinar
Filmstrip view is a cool feature for videos but is not available when you run a webinar. Seems like it would be an easy addition?! When using the "Gallery" view, the dock of pictures of the people covers up your PowerPoint presentation so you have to allow for this ahead of time which is a pain. Thank you.

Record breakout rooms
We should be able to record breakout rooms - for example, if a class or meeting needs to be recorded for people who miss it and the larger group breaks into discussions, each breakout room should have the ability to be recorded separately.

disable auto-generated text features
In a video meeting, I turned on auto-transcription and made a recording.I see in my meeting playback that there are auto-generated items: brief summary, keywords, summary, topics, and highlights. This is a very impressive and generous feature set. However, due to errors in the accuracy of auto-generated content (limitations of voice recognition and AI interpretation), and the very sensitive nature of my meetings, I would like the option to turn off the generation and/or display of all of these features. Allow Admin to remove default Virtual Backgrounds in Meetings.
Hello,We would like for our RC admins to have the ability to remove the default virtual backgrounds in RC. We are able to add and remove the feature itself. But, we would like the ability to control the background options that are visible to end users including the default provided by Ring Central.

Provide RingCentral Meetings-only accounts access to RingCentral app
I would like to suggest providing RingCentral Meetings-only accounts access to the RingCentral Desktop app. The idea is to provide RC Meetings-only accounts only access to the RC Video/Meeting when accessing to RingCentral.Currently, RC Meetings accounts use the obsolete Desktop version in order to create RC Meetings.

Allow for short IDs for RC Webinar, so that they can be joined without calendar invite, and for RC Rooms.
Please add short ID options for RCW (similar to the 9-digit meetingID for RCV). This would do a lot of things, in that it would be easier to track Webinars within all systems, and also allow people to join with just the webinarID if they are unable to get access to a calendar invite. For example we want to join from RC Rooms or RC App without calendar integration setup.

Schedule Viewing Options.
When RC migrated from Meetings to Video you took away options that we would like to have back. Right now the new migration will not give us the option of what gets viewed from the calendar that you sign into. You can have it connect to outlook but from there it shows all meetings, reminders and calendar events all at the same time... What we would like is to clean up the scheduled view and have a drop down option of seeing only RC meetings, or viewing only meetings one is hosting, or the whole calendar. Right now like I…

Ubuntu 22.04 support
Please add a support for Ubuntu 22.04 as currently it is not able to sign in user. Our company policy requires us to update to latest LTS version and that is causing lot of issues as the RCMeetings is not working correctly on this new version. Since user can't sign in, there is no Desktop sharing. Please advise,

Multiple Language availability for scheduling meeting invites
Hello,One feature missing in the system is the multiple language capability for the schedule meeting invite. As we deal a lot with French companies, this is very important to have the invite in french.It is quite primitive to take the whole text and translate in Google.I have worked on different platform and they certainly have this kind of feature.
