  1. "Persistent Banners" showing title/company/name

    Would be a great enterprise feature allowing users and guests to have their name, title and company appear as a banner at the bottom of their video. Great when meeting new clients. You can stay focused on the video instead of looking around for their name or looking up their title/company on LinkedIn or other platforms.

    Add microphone / mute to picture in group chat (when I mute / unmute I only see it below). In other pictures I can see their mute or unmute feature.

    While waiting for a Host to start the meeting in a waiting room, you could set voice features to allow multi-tasking while waiting.

    It is pain when somebody creates meeting with link at location only. Let's parse RCV invitation link not only from e-mail body, but from location field as wellThis will lead ability to join meeting from v.ringcentral.com pageLet's parse /conf/on link as wel. Very often case for manual meetings...

  9. Save scheduled meetings

    I think it would be great to be able to save/bookmark scheduled meetings. Right now, I have to copy/paste the link from my Outlook Calendar to Ring Central every day for our daily meeting. It would be so much easier to just click in Ring Central, join this meeting.

    It's always an interesting experience to describe to some people how to share their sceen. If there was a way for us, the host, to prompt the end user to share their screen, that would be awesome

  16. Share recording to an individual or team within the RC App

    Similar to how we can share files within the RC App between individuals and teams, it would be helpful to share recordings. Sharing recordings within the RC App allows for a seamless user experience, eliminates the need to download and attach mp4's or even send emails of recordings. It also highlights our RC App - unlimited file sharing and file size! Please see attached screenshot of where the share button could go. Thanks team!

    It would be great to have the ability to adjust how much of your background scenery is visible. To be able to zoom in or out to reduce or increase the how much of your background view is available.

  20. add txt or graphic.png overlay to video

    more a virtual foreground - paste a company logo (transparent .png file) or add text to such as name and title would provide a professional touch.
