Remove Profanity Censoring
The RingSense transcriptions have profanity censored out. It would be helpful for us to have the ability to have an option for how the transcripts are censored. The context of profanity within a call is very important for us as a law office to have the most accurate transcripts possible.

No one asked for this censoring option, which is so terribly implemented that the AI can't even discern between an actual curse word and someone's name. (To be clear, we don't want any censoring at all!) And the fact that we as the customer have no option to disable the censoring feature is appalling. This is yet another reason to explore other phone providers.

Without knowing the exact word is it's difficult to understand context. The words **** and f*** have very different meanings when coming from a customer.
