Smart notes (AI) when transferring calls (Fix)
Right now, when the customers transfer the call to another user, the smart notes are still showing as the person who transferred the call and the recipient. Please fix it so that smart notes will reflect the parties who are having the conversation.

It would save a lot of time in needing to edit notes before they are useful. Please prioritize this fix!

It defeats the purpose of AI notes when we have to go in and constantly edit the names. Most of our calls are transferred to us and don't reflect the actual caller. With the number of times, the caller is mentioned, it is inconvenient and causes misinformation.

This represents a significant flaw in the current system. In most cases, the individual who initially answers a call from the ring group is not the intended contact for the customer. Because the AI note taker stops functioning once a call is transferred, key details from those conversations are often lost. As a result, we’re missing important information that would otherwise be accurately captured by the AI notetaker.

This is a critical failure of the system. More often than not, the person who answers a call from a ring group is not the person our customers want or need to speak with, so the fact that the AI note taker doesn't function when a call is transferred means important data from our conversations isn't captured with the accuracy of the AI notetaker.
