This feature is fairly necessary as all calls are shared within each of the department. i.e. one number for our customer service and the calls are routed/transferred to different numbers and extensions. It is important that all types of calls have the same transcription functions.

Regulating the AI transcription feature in our transferred calls is essential to protecting our shared Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Success extensions. When calls are transferred to our HR department, it is critical that all transcription functionality complies with Personnel Privacy requirements and HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
