    This feature is fairly necessary as all calls are shared within each of the department. i.e. one number for our customer service and the calls are routed/transferred to different numbers and extensions. It is important that all types of calls have the same transcription functions.

    Very important to have AI using deskphones as not everyone answers calls using desktop app.
