Current Behavior:
The ACE icon visibility is controlled strictly by an account-wide setting. Turning this setting on enables the ACE icon and its functionality for all users globally, while turning it off disables it entirely for the entire account. There is currently no option for selective deployment.

Proposed Behavior:
Introduce granular admin controls that allow administrators to enable or disable the ACE icon based on user roles (e.g., Admins, Supervisors, Agents), specific departments/custom groups, or individual users. If disabled for a specific user or role, the ACE icon should be completely hidden from their RingCentral app interface.
