Provide an option to configure the default team, allowing administrators to control which users are included in the team.
Enable Support for Forwarding Voice Calls to SIP Paging Devices
Allow voice calls to be forwarded or transferred to SIP-based paging devices, such as the Algo 8301 and 8180, without encountering functional limitations due to current 1-way audio behavior or device handling restrictions.
Current Limitation:
While devices like the Algo 8301 and 8180 can be provisioned and registered as SIP extensions in RingCentral, forwarding a voice call to these devices results in: Inability to transfer or forward live calls effectively for paging alerts.
