  3. Currently, the Summary, transcripts, notes and data fetched based on the recordings are are showing a logs on the Salesforce, customer wants to also have these data posting in the Notes section of the Salesforce.

  5. Toggle permissions within Call Monitoring.

    For example, I would like to allow all users to Whisper and barge on calls, but not have the ability to Silently Monitor calls. Additionally, it would be an ideal option to not allow internal calls to be silently listened to.

    As a 'barger' when taking notes the other two extensions are merged into one. Separating them would help when reviewing notes. It would also be helpful if the original caller's notes added the barger. Their notes do not appear to reflect the addition of the barger.

  7. Integrate AI into live phone calls. Create the ability for an employee to speak in English, and have the AI translator say it in Spanish for the client. Vice versa- If a client speaks Spanish the AI translator would say it to me in English. We would benefit from this not just for Spanish-English but for other languages as well.

  9. Customers would like the ability to remove an implicit team if that manager role no longer applies to that user. Right now, you can remove all the team members from that manager's team, but the team remains with one member ... which is that manager. The only workaround is to unassign that user's license in the admin portal. The team (along with the user) in RingSense will then be removed. You can then reassign the user and pick a role for them in RingSense.

  10. Currently, the system is designed to display scorecards based on the call category.
    It would help if the system has the ability or option to show all scorecards for every call, regardless of the call category.

  11. Currently, an implicit team is built when you assign a user in the system a manager. That manager's name will be the team name (John Doe's Team) and cannot be changed. Many customers would like to be able to edit this team name because they have teams that are not associated directly with that manager. Ex. John Doe is the manager of Target Hospital Denver and has an implicit team so that he can only see his Target Hospital Denver team.   12. An option to remove the icon from the RingCentral App that routes to RingSense. This works for companies that are using a specific extension to log in multiple members of the organization using the same credentials for the app. Access directly to RingSense may cause security issues if the members logging in are not supposed to be able to access RingSense.

  15. When using click to dial from Salesforce the Ringsense call summary/and or transcript should auto log to the SF Contact record.

    At the moment if you dial manually the contact from Deskphone the call record does log, but when using click to dial it does not.

    I suspect this part of the call set up process that after clicking the phone number in the SF contact record RC first calls your local, when picked up it completes the call to the contact phone number.

    For some reason Ringsense is seeing the outgoing call as a call to originating caller (me)…

  16. Having the ability to customize the prompt on the summary section would allow us to gain consistent summary for our claims file. The tool is focused on Sales but we could customize it more for service. I believe this would increase demand for the product, overall it is pretty nice but some customization over some of the AI features could be nice. For example, If I take the following prompt it would significantly improve the use of ring sense for us for call summary

  17. We have countless inbound calls, some of which require follow-up, some of which don't. We want a one-click button for "mark for followup" available immediately after a call ends in the RC app, and then for that response to also populate as a filter field in RingSense. That way, every afternoon when I do my follow-ups, I can filter (in RingSense) by "marked for followup", read the summary of the original inbound call, and execute my followup callbacks quickly and efficiently.

  19. We would like to propose an enhancement to our reporting capabilities regarding the Trackers.
    Currently, the reports provide us with the date, time, and total number of calls within specified periods. However, it would be immensely beneficial to include metrics on the frequency of key phrases mentioned during these calls.

    Incorporating this data would allow us to generate more comprehensive reports and effectively track the usage of specific key phrases over time. This information could greatly enhance our analysis and improve our strategic decision-making.
