Instant Notifications added to views
The ability to get daily, weekly, and monthly notifications are great for the various views. It would be critical for some businesses to get instant notifications for calls hitting certain criteria.

Instant notifications for managers when a call meets certain criteria or a certain tracker is recognized would be a great addition for safety, security, and legal reasons.

Safety is the highest priority and notifications when a high risk activity is detected is critical to managing that risk.

Instant notifications would be a great feature that is present in other solutions. Daily, Weekly, and Month Notifications are okay, but instant notifications is a missing feature.
