Instant Notifications added to viewsThe ability to get daily, weekly, and monthly notifications are great for the various views. Advanced People/Team view in RingSenseCurrently the people view is limited, some additions: 
 1. An advanced view with additional columns
 2. Ability to export the lists
 3. Ability to edit users in bulk
 - Should be able to assign role, manager, etc to multiple users.. currently have to drill into each user and assign manager or role individually
 4. Team setup is not intuitive and editing is limited even with full admin
 - Added a Director as an additional manager on the users they oversee, while those users have a different direct manager. The set up of additional manager created 2 different teams under that…4 votes

Ability to export Users and Teams listsI would like to be able to export a list of RingSense users that includes user information (primarily manager and additional managers). RingSense: Customizable Powerskill BenchmarksToday, RingSense is largely scoring calls based on Powerskills and speaking etiquette. Because of this, the benchmarks or recommendations for each metric should be customizable. Different businesses and industries have unique standards for Agent Talk Time, Patience, Longest Monologue, etc. Admins should be able to set the standards from an org and/or role level. 23 votesI'm pleased to announce that this feature is now added to our upcoming roadmap. Ability to support multiple instances of a CRM/CRMs for one customerMany organizations have multiple separated instances of CRMs. Currently, RingSense is not able to support this. With the ability to support multiple, the deals, coaching and trackers would only allow managers to see the data relevant to their team and CRM instance. 16 votes

Add ability for Client to add custom promptsHaving the ability to customize the prompt on the summary section would allow us to gain consistent summary for our claims file. The tool is focused on Sales but we could customize it more for service. I believe this would increase demand for the product, overall it is pretty nice but some customization over some of the AI features could be nice. For example, If I take the following prompt it would significantly improve the use of ring sense for us for call summary "You are an expert claims adjuster specializing in auto accident investigation. Easier Navigation to Access Coaching InformationGoal is for a Supervisor to be able to see their managers' coaching capabilities. For example, to be able to select a range of dates and click to be able to see feedback and coaching themes without having to drill too deeply. 6 votes
