  5. Problem Statement: Currently, the SSO Enable toggle switch is visilbe to all users regardless of their roles. This can create confusion for users who do not have the permission to modify these settings and may propose a risk for accidential misconfigurations.

    Proposed Solution: Introduce a role base visibility logic for the SSO toggle, usign a user settings template to determine visibility based on specific role levels. This approach ensures that only the selected admins etc can view and manage the setting while hiding it from other users and provide more flexibility in managing roles.

Since the business is adding an existing device to their RingCentral account, it would be very helpful if there's some sort of Flag or Warning that will show on the actual desk phone when they add it to their RingCentral account that will tell them the device is already registered on another account instead of them calling support. It will save more time for them instead of trying to register a device that cannot be registered since it is already added to a different account.

  7. For Automatic Call Recording in UC, it would be nice to have a separate message played for inbound calls and outbound calls. For example, when someone calls into an extension that has inbound calls recorded, the get one message. When someone calls out on an extension that has their outbound calls recorded, we could have a different message that states Who is calling and then after informing them of calls being recorded. If they know who is calling, then we may not have as many hangups.

  13. We have identified an issue where our system does not fully support call validation from Google. The problem occurs because Google begins playing the validation code before the call is actually answered. This happens due to the greeting that RingCentral plays before the app or phone starts ringing, leading to the code being provided before the call is picked up.

  15. Customer wants to have the option to sync their Presence from the office 365 to their RingCentral app for example when they are out of the office or in a scheduled vacation the RingCentral app will detect this status on their office 365 and will automatically put them on DND.

  18. I would like to see 911 notifications go to specific email based on site codes.

    Currently, we are receiving 911 notifications to a distribution email, where I have to forward out to individual site leadership. If we can break down the 911 notifications, and have them go to email based on site code or some other identifying metric, that would be extremely beneficial. Especially in cases where we have over 60 sites.

  20. Current methods allow for IT to uninstall the RingCentral EXE app from one user/profile (ie the logged in user) but there should be a method to allow IT to uninstall/remove the EXE from all users/profiles that could exist on a machine.

    The new MSI deployment tool allows IT to centrally deploy the EXE so it would be preferred to enhance this same tool vs a separate tool for uninstalls.
