    Confirm whether RingEX Chat MCP is supported for third-party MCP clients such as Cursor (not only ChatGPT/Claude), and what account or app permissions we need on our RingCentral tenant; and/or
    Whitelist / register the OAuth redirect URI used by Cursor’s MCP connector for our account (or tell us the exact redirect URI we should register on a RingCentral app so OAU-109 clears); and/or
    Point us to the right team if Labs MCP access or redirect allowlisting is handled separately from standard Developer Support.

    This is a RingEX Phone MCP third-party client connection issue
    The failure happens during the OAuth authorization flow with:

    OAU-109 — Redirect URIs do not match
