  2. I should be able to log AI receptionist calls into Clio using App Connect. Some of us need to have very detailed records of every time a particular client calls, and this would make logging AI receptionist calls infinitely easier.

  3. Description:
    Request to enable visibility of voicemail messages for co-recipients within the RingCentral App Connect dialer. Currently, this functionality is only available in the standalone RingCentral application, where users can view voicemail messages sent to co-recipients.

    Current Limitation:

    • App Connect does not currently support displaying voicemail logs for co-recipients.
    • Caller ID for standalone inbound calls is also not displayed within App Connect.
    • These are known limitations, and the development team has confirmed that updates addressing this may not be implemented until Q1 2026.

    Business Impact:
    Users who rely on App Connect are unable to view shared voicemail messages, affecting visibility…

    There is a feature we will soon be releasing to developers that may very well make this an easy problem to solve. In the meantime, I would reach out to our partners at RingClone or Theta Lake who have independent products that do this already.

  6. When a contact or candidate is added to Bullhorn via App Connect for RingCentral, they are added with a status of "New Lead". May we request a change from "New Lead" to "Active" status

  8. I would like to be able to easily sync contacts between Ring Central and Practice Panther. I can't even do it using a Zapier bypass because the Ring Central options are so limited. The current "export contacts-edit contacts-rename doc-import contacts-pray" workflow is not in the least bit functional.
