Increased Detail in SMS Logging
Just now starting to integrate SMS into our workflow/processes and into our HubSpot portal. I would like to see multiple things added into the body of the "Logged SMS" that the integration creates.
Currently the log is just this: "[Inbound] SMS from {Contact A} (Contact A Phone) to {Contact B} (Contact B Phone)"
I believe that the actual content/body of the text is vital to these logs. Without that context, a logged SMS is not helpful except to know that communication is happening. But from a full activity timeline and for transparency, I believe that the body of those messages…

Add SMS records in Hubspot Reports
In Hubspot Reports, users can view records for calls, Meetings, and Emails, but no information is pulled for SMS activity.
The Report has an SMS column, but it displays 0, although under contact activities, we can see SMS transactions.

Deals-Based Workflow Actions for RC SMS
Currently, RingCentral only supports sending SMS via a Contact-based workflow. I think sending SMS via Deal-based workflows or other objects (Appointments, Projects, etc) is equally as important. Few use cases:
- Pipeline Stage Triggers - We'd like to be able to send an SMS message to our customers after an appointment is resulted. This would be straightforward from a deal-based workflow. Deal stage changes and fire an automated SMS.
Currently, we would have to create a custom property to sync the deal stage to the contact record then fire automations at the contact level there.

HubSpot: Associate Calls to other objects such as Deals
Currently, we are only able to associate calls to a contact record. And even though all the call logs are saved against that contact record, it can become tedious to figure out which call is related to which deal. Moreover, sometimes a call needs to be linked to an email or a manual note, to give it more context and make it easily searchable.
So an option to associate calls to other objects (Deals, Invoices, Emails, Notes, etc) in HubSpot would be very useful.

HubSpot: Individual control for pop-up windows
It would be very useful to have individual control over which calling window should up between the in HubSpot pop-up window vs the independent browser window (app.hubspot.com/calling-integration-popup-ui).
This way the end user can choose to only show one window if they prefer.

For RCx for Hubspot. Allow admins to set a default object to relate the call log to.
Use case: Customer wants to ensure all call logs are logged on the deal object but if there are contacts or accounts found for the same number, agent has to manually choose the deal record to relate the call to.

HubSpot: Remember pop-up window settings
When we first sign into HubSpot and open the calling window, two windows open up. One pop-up within the HubSpot app and the other is an independent browser window (app.hubspot.com/calling-integration-popup-ui). It would be nice to have the system remember not to pop-up the in HubSpot window the next time we log in if the user has chosen to turn it off in the settings area.

Pop up the app for inbound calls in RC for HubSpot CTI
Currently, when the calling option is set to Browser and the 'Pop up the app for inbound calls' is enabled, users will still need be on the HubSpot page to see the pop up window for inbound calls.
It would be great if we have an option for the pop up window to appear even if the end-user is not on the HubSpot page during the incoming call.
