Options to call or SMS by hovering on a Phone number
Kreg wants to have the possibility to hover over a number and be presented with the chance to call or send SMS, which was with the RingCentral for HubSpot extension.
He is gutted that he has to navigate a few steps before calling a contact or sending an SMS.

Too many active phones when using HubSpot
Using the Ring/HubSpot extension for all calls using the browser, and only having the desktop program open to view the HUD. Setting the Ring/HubSpot extension for all calls to go through the RingCentral app rather than the browser resolves all of the above issues, but then he will have two apps side by side that he needs to jump between to do different functions and it introduces a couple extra button presses.

Multi-UID Support for RingEX ↔ HubSpot Integration
