1. Sync Teams Status with RC Status

   As a company we rely on our Microsoft Teams status (NOT RC) to let staff know our availability and more importantly to route external calls to relevant call queues\voicemails, etc. when unavailable or on a call. We use RC Teams embedded dialer app to make\receive external calls. DND is the only Teams status that sync's across to RC and drops that status into DND which will achieve the desired result of forwarding calls on for answer via call queues etc. I would like to see the following Teams statuses achieve the same thing. Specifically Appear offline, In a meeting, On a call and Busy.Be right backAppear awayAppear offlineIn a meetingOn a callBusyThis seems a basic requirement and one I would imagine should be achievable as we are aware of other providers out there who appear to have been able to provide such a feature. As a UK based local government authority we are expected to answer over 90% of calls and a more simple seamless approach to status sync is something we would very much like to see in a future release and something as fundamental as this should be high on the agenda in my opinion.

2. Sync RC status with Microsoft Office (Teams/Outlook)

   As a company we rely on our Microsoft Teams status (NOT RC) to let our team know we are:away from our desk on lunch or breaksin a meetingon a phone callWe use RC for all calls with our customers and when a team member wants to transfer a call, it is not practical for them to check their Teams status first every time before transferring the RC call. It is also an ongoing issue of receiving RC calls while on internal Teams calls.We want our RC users to look at the RC HUD and choose who is available. To go on lunch, we should not have to set both our Teams and RC status to DNDAlso, we could be calling or trying to contact a member via Teams and not realize they are in a phone call on RC.We did sync our calendar presence with RC, but this ONLY helps when we are booked into a meeting on Teams, not for all the above scenarios. We want RC to recognize Office Status. MAY 5 2022 UPDATE - Can we please revisit this or have an updated provided? This is still something we very much need put in place.AUG 10 2023 UPDATE - has there been any progress with this? This has been a need for 3+ years
