Update KPI to show text messages
communicating through the text feature for some is more popular than making a call. So it would be nice to see how often it is being used daily.

Embeddable analytics dashboard
An embeddable analytics dashboard could benefit corporate users with interest in monitoring performance without dedicating as many resources as must be used currently. My personal use case would be displaying an analytics dashboard on monitors spaced throughout our corporate offices/CS departments. As of now, this practice requires an entire computer dedicated to one task, displaying one full screen webpage on a large TV. Analytics by Dept
Would you please create a function so that someone can see analytics for some users but not all? This way the manager of a department may access analytics for their department without being given access to the entire company.I would also suggest greater internal communication on suggestions-- it took a lot of steps and apparent miscommunications to be directed here.

Added KPI's on Performance Reports Regarding IVR extensions to have a computation on how many percent callers press an option.
If an IVR has 6 options I want to have a computation percentage on each option. This will definitely help us determined on how many percent customer's presses each option on IVR to show on performance reports. Because we really need that.

Export an excel file of all users/extensions along with all of their configuration settings.
It would be helpful to be able to export an excel of all users/extensions along with all of their configuration settings.IE a detailed report with all the configured user settings (For auditing) such as who has personalized voicemail greeting settings versus who is using the default

For managers this report will be helpful in dealing with daily voicemails for reps/users. Monitors who has read or unread their voicemail inbox.

For staffing purposes, it would be very helpful if we could measure text messaging - including the timing and frequency of texts - as we do with phone calls.

Live Reports
Requesting for this following features:status: "on a call" can be placed on top, currently it's either unavailable or available onlyif an agent is on a current call, phone number should show in live reportshave the ability to change the status of an agente.g ext 103 is on avail using live reports we can change it to unavailablebasically it's like call logs on a live report environment

Ability for RC Analytics to apply filter logic to multiple graphs when selecting one option.
Would like RC Analytics to be more intelligent and apply filters across all graphs/tables, e.g. if I select a Dept. in one graph, then all other data uses the same filter where available. This hugely increases the ability to cross-correlate usage trends and analysis.

Ability to report on numbers of files shared, tasks created, events created etc. in the Meetings tab of RC Analytics
Whilst we can see information on # of Messages sent, #of teams etc (as per the image attached). It would be great if we can also see further information such as amount of files shared, events created, tasks created etc. This would help us to understand if our customers are using the full range of tools available to them within RCO/ACO/UCO etc.
