Export an excel file of all users/extensions along with all of their configuration settings.
It would be helpful to be able to export an excel of all users/extensions along with all of their configuration settings.IE a detailed report with all the configured user settings (For auditing) such as who has personalized voicemail greeting settings versus who is using the default

I want to re-iterate that this should include non-user extensions like limited extensions as well.
We had a situtaion where we needed to determine which limited extensions were set to a specific outbound caller ID, and then make a change only on those extensions, and it is not currently possible in the admin interface to do this.

In addition how may rings are set to any forwarding rules such as reing groups

I would like to be able to have a way to backup configuration of users. So when a users configuration gets changed and later in time we need to revert or troubleshoot an issue we can go back to the old configuration or at least see what changed
