Being Able To Send Outbounds Faxes From Email Without Attaching A File
We Would Like To Be Able To Send Faxes Out By Just Tying A Message In The Body Of Our Email When Using "Email To Fax" And Without Having To Attach A File Such As PDF. The Body of The Email Should Just be The First Page. We Send Out Alot Of 1 Page Emails Which Needs To Be 1 Page Fax And Do Not Want To Turn Everything Into A File

Customer Card navigation improvements
Goal is to have a button to view the card when hovering over the hidden button area when a message thread is visible.

Ask an Expert improvements
There are a few things that would make this feature easier to use.
1. When you drop the list down, there isn't a complete list of MVP users with presence. This is required if an agent is on an active interaction and needs a quick response.
2. when the expert replies, the agent gets no notification in the RingCX Agent Interface and the agent has to use the MVP app to see the response.3 votes -
Improvements to Ignored Message Functionality
The requested change would be to change the terms "Ignore/Ignored" to "Archive/Archived" (for the folder name, the message action button and the query used to populate the folder). Additionally, once a message thread has been marked as "Ignored," you can still see the button to "ignore" the message - it should be changed to "Unarchive" to allow a message to move to a different status or remove the button completely if a message cannot be removed from the archive/ignore state.

DNC options to be more transparent
Suggestion is to make DNC options more transparent to customers from UI. For example:
- Third party options (DNC.com and Gryphon Networks).

Hosting Agent Script Images on Platform
It would be helpful to be able to upload the file into the RingCX platform like Audio Files. Instead of requiring a URL for the image, the UI can present an option to pick from the list of uploaded images.

No option to cancel/undo in Studio Editor Tool
Missing options for the IVR or Script Studio editor to cancel or undo an action. The UI only presents Save & Close when editing an element and Save for the overall Studio tool.

No Roles showing on Main Account Role page
Main Account Roles page does not shows roles or apparent actions. There is just a message in the main panel saying "Select a Main Account Role from the left panel".

Improve Roles Usability
There are a few things that would help make Roles better:
1. The use of the term "in doc" should be clarified
2. Available permissions list shows categories but any elements created in the system now show as children2 votes -
Phone Books to allow import of contacts
It would be helpful to have an import function to load a list of contacts for use in Phone Books. The current UI is good for a small number of entries, but larger lists require more time to configure.

Timezone option for Engage Voice Historical Reports
In prebuilt report, the customer easily change the timezone in accordance to their location. This could really save their time so much. Since the Prebuilt Report is already on End Of Life, the customer strongly request to include the timezone option in the Historical Reports

Engage voice application should disconnect the call when calling a number no longer in service or disconnected line.
When calling a disconnected number or number no longer in service using the Engage Voice application, the system tries to connect the call for 30 seconds before the system disconnects the call.

Engage Voice | Audit report for for Agent's who got logged off.
An additional Audit Report for Agent's who got logged off all of a sudden. This report should have the timestamp and the reason for disconnection.
