audio library language edits
Ability to edit the language setting of audio files in the Audio Library. Currently the edit function only allows editing the filename.

Canadian customer set the language to Francais (Canada) to a french speaking audio tracks, but discovered it would be disregarded/skipped when used in QEvents single/looping audio settings.
