Ability to control playback speed for variable audio that is captured in a workflow
Need the ability to control playback speed for variable input audio that is captured in a workflow, e.g. credit card number. We want to make the playback slower so that the caller can clearly understand the number.

If you are using the Say Variable node, there is no current method to slow the system read back. However, we placed an option to listen to the information again. The engineers are working on a TTS enhancement to allow SSML, which could also be helpful here.
