    The same should be said of Analytics. We can set time zone for our sub-account in RingCX system, but Analytics follows our parent company time zone.

    While we manage to do this by creating a Cloud Profile and assigning a workflow to the Cloud Destination, it would be much simpler to do what is recommended here. In our case, we do not need to set any parameters on the Cloud Profile. We simply just need a "sub-workflow" to perform a common operation.

    We would also like the ability to "lockdown" the My caller ID field so that agents are unable to make a selection here. Our agents really do not need to be flipping back to RingEX for making calls on our network. All manual outbound calls should be company business and reflect only RingCX related caller IDs. In fact, it would be really great to remove the RingEX phone for our contact center employees completely. Is this possible?

    There is a setting in RingCX for this under the Account Settings. Enable Auto-Hold for Warm Transfer checkbox.
