Requested Features:
Bulk Download: Ability to download multiple call audio recordings in bulk from the Audio Library or reporting views, rather than having to download files individually.
Bulk Upload: Ability to upload multiple audio files simultaneously, as the current system restriction only permits uploading files one at a time.
