Customers want to have a pop-up for incoming calls on their RC for Salesforce (browser) if they minimize the browser or use another app. Pop-up like incoming calls on RC App.

When I receive an incoming call, I click the Answer button in the phone popup. It takes 4-5 seconds to answer and most of the time, someone else in our group gets the call before I do. I am using a headset connected to my computer (non-USB). Not sure if there a setting for this. I don't really want to use Auto-Answer since I am not the only one answer the queue calls.

Wants to utilize all RingCentral App features like calls, SMS, meetings and faxing when MS Teams Mobile Mode is enabled on the account. Currently, when using the RC Embedded App on MS Teams, the only available feature is for calling.
