    We are currently having to copy and paste the AI notes into the manual note section to ensure a note is logged along with the call that is logged on the contact record. Seems like this option would be a no brainer.

    RingCX logs the ai note in HubSpot, so should EX.

    it would be useful if we could have a transcript and possible summary of a series of call recordings

    Wants know if the integration is working properly and if he is able transcript the call with the Hubspot App

    I would like to have conversational intelligence with Hubspot where it will have the ability to transcribe the conversation for recorded calls.
