    This affects ext: 730 in our account. That user is a 'mobile user' with a video pro license. 877.819.9516 is an Additional Toll-Free Number in our account. It is assigned to user 730 and forwards directly to an external number. Our goal is to have user 730 use the RingCentral App and Mobile App with that 877 number. I'm not sure what the pathway to that is - but it seems that the video pro license does not allow use of the RingCentral app. Reviewing our billing it appears that we are being billed the same for mobile users and digital line users. I don't know if this comes down to license types or user types but if we can use the 877 number with RingCentral apps - that is our goal...

    I'm confused. Documentation says that you can configure meetings to allow giving and taking screen control - but that feature is not present.
