We're working with a 3rd party called Snap Recordings to deliver professional custom recordings and they can use RingEX APIs to replace prompts. This request would allow them to provide the same service for RingCX, but we also want to allow replacement of built in prompts for Callback in Queue prompts. These are not fully customizable so the caller's experience a mix of voices using callbacks.
