    Super admins currently only have the capability to back up call recordings for all users, but the customer is requesting the ability to also back up other data types such as voicemail, SMS/MMS, and fax messages for all users. Another request is for the ability to set up an archiver on behalf of other users without needing to log in to their accounts.
