    I am an admin within our agency and when I pulled up the new version of the HUD pop out, I was not happy with it at all. With the vertical view, we were able to list it and use it on a much smaller scale which allowed me to work on other things in a much simpler way. I use the HUD all the time and now I have to maximize my screen to see what is going on in the phones. It is very inconvenient and I want the vertical screen back...PLEASE!
