That is already possible from inbox mode. However we can add up to that with request such as:
- ability to escalate a phone call with a manual SMS/email.
- ability to create outbound campaign for SMS / email / chat or messaging notifications -

I found it a bit similar to this request for a calendar feature separate from queues and that can be tight to either an IVR, queues, cloud profiles... (https://ideas.ringcentral.com/forums/958493-phone-messaging/suggestions/48039698-calendar-for-holidays).
This request have been made by Henner during a RingCX POC. Henner is already a EUR 219 846 ARR customer with Engage Digital with long term risk of churn if we don't comply to their POC feedback.
