We need a HIPAA compliant fax cover page given that we are unable to create custom coversheets in RC. We either need the ability to auto append a message to all coversheets or a coversheet that outlines the requirements by HIPAA:For example, our fax coversheet must state the following:CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: The information in this facsimile transmission may contain privileged and confidential information that belongs to the sender. This information is intended only for the use of the recipient listed above. If you are not the recipient listed above, or authorized to act on the behalf of the recipient listed above, you are hereby notified that any disclosure, copying, distribution, or action taken regarding the contents of this information is strictly prohibited. If you received this transmission in error, please notify us immediately by telephone.
