    So this is a little tricky to answer. The idea is specifically for our Hubspot Chrome extension, which we are in the long process of retiring. But it has been replaced by a much more modern and all together better integration: our new Hubspot native integration. This new integration does support call transfers.

    The RC Chrome extension is only synced with HubSpot records such as contacts and leads. It doesn't sync with the main RC directory. Consequently, we can't transfer calls from the extension and can only make internal calls using the desktop app since the directory isn't accessible via the extension.

    Recently, we've integrated RC with HubSpot, but the RC Chrome extension is only synced with HubSpot records such as contacts and leads. It doesn't sync with the main RC directory. Consequently, we can't transfer calls from the extension and can only make internal calls using the desktop app since the directory isn't accessible via the extension. Our goal is to sync both directories to enable seamless communication.
