An error occurred while saving the comment Richard commentedThis would be very useful for businesses who have specific data requirements which must be captured during a call. The ability for fields to be conditionally mandatory or mandatory in particular circumstances (e.g. only for certain subsets of users) would also be advantageous.
The Auto log notes feature is great at automatically saving Call details. This works on Picklists and text fields. However, we've noticed that it does not work on Date fields. If possible, extending this capability to include Date fields (and all supported field types) would be useful to ensure there is no potential for 'gaps' in what is saved into Salesforce
