    We have old posts from a user no longer with us and a third-party accessing our system. These need to go away in BULK!

    We have a third-party with access to our system. This auto-generated team is all USERS, *not* employees. It needs to be able to be modified.

    We would like to be able to pick up incoming business calls when someone calls in, no matter what. If I am on the phone with someone else in my office, the incoming calls go straight to voicemail - I should be able to answer incoming calls. If I am on the phone with someone else in my office, and another person from my office calls me, I am given the option to hang up & answer or put on hold and answer.The same should be true for incoming calls. Incoming calls are more important than in house calls.
