   Meeting participants can request remote desktop control while someone is sharing their screen, and the presenter approves with a click. This has been available for some time in video meetings on the desktop app. See Requesting and approving remote desktop control.

   I run a call center, and, there are times when a new user can't get RC to work. Because I can't remotely take over their laptop I can't help. this functionality was available on RC Meetings. This is something I will use.

   We change the users on our phones dependent on who is assigned to a specific case. The administrator should be able to change the profile picture, back to initials only. It makes it more difficult to identify the person in the teams portion when sending important and pertinent messages.
