Since creating call queues and switching to multi site we are unable to use certain phone numbers as caller ID. This is very problematic for us.
This seems like something that is pretty basic and easy to do but also super important to us RC customers. Missed calls hurt our businesses. We just need to be able to have missed/abandoned call reports emailed daily please.
