Hi I'm Mandy with Resort Vacation Properties. We are new to ring central and are looking for ways to make it work for our needs. We currently have three main lines within our company. Housekeeping, Front Desk and Maintenance, these three lines are able to receive phone calls and text messages. The phone calls go directly to our offices or our after hours on call number, but the text messages are a different story. When guest text in questions, concerns or complaints, we don't get them immediately. These line are only monitored a couple of times a day. Our employees stay logged into their own ring central accounts. Given where the problem comes in. If a guest text in about a leak at a house, but it only gets checked a couple times a day then we will have a flooded house. See where I'm going with this? We need to be able to have auto responders on these three main lines when text messages are sent in, letting guest know that these lines aren't constantly monitored to please contacted our office by calling (the office number), this is not currently an option for us, but it is a necessary one for our companies needs. Please look over my case and let me know what all you could do to help us out. Thanks,
