I want to automate SMS messages when clients make appointments, so that they can confirm or reschedule with the sms messaging.

Other services like RingCentral already offer this capability so we are surprised RingCentral has not implemented yet. Being able to set up automatic texting to our customers would surely increase our sales and help us to connect more seamlessly to them. Please!!

It will be helpful if we can integrate the SMS service with their internal appointment systems to send automated SMS reminders of their appoitnment
