    Hi everyone,

    I think I found a workaround for this issue.

    In Phone Settings > Incoming call rules

    Add a new Custom rule

    Choose "Incoming calls" = Ring devices

    Choose "Welcome greeting" and select "Greet caller with a message"

    Record a Custom Message with your out of office info

    Unselect "Screen Callers" and "Tell caller ..."

    Select "Play music..." (optional)

    Under Ring Settings select "Ring all together"

    *UNSELECT all devices*

    Under If no one answers select "Send to voicemail"

    Add a Schedule

    SAVE!

    Hope this helps someone :-)

    This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement. If you would like automatic DND for all calendar events, not just RC Video meetings please vote here: https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-2239
