    This is a critical request regarding SMS Auto forwarding from one number to another number as both internally and externally.

    As a VoIP domain supporting the hospitality sector, SMS functionality is essential for us to communicate effectively with candidates and nurses. Currently, the lack of SMS service is impacting our operations and time-sensitive communications.

    We kindly request your support to activate this feature as soon as possible. Please let us know if any additional information or actions are required from our side to proceed without delay.

  2. Extend the number of characters/email address that can be added on the email field under notification settings.
