I cant believe this feature is not available! You call this an Enterprise product? I'm migrating from Mitel System and they have had this for years!
Uploading to individual users is unmanageable for administrators - adding one more external phone number currently would require action on every user phonebook.
This is a critical and obvious feature for any phone system. Please add!

Actually if an IVR has no key presses, it should be assumed that we only want to play the prompt once and move on.
