    yeah it will be a good feature instead of listening all user recording one by one, if we read the summary only we understand the whole call scenario.

    It's concerning to see that the issue with fax quality in the RC system persists despite being raised nearly three years ago.

    It's crucial for the relevant teams to thoroughly investigate and resolve this issue promptly. Whether it requires updates to the system's software, improvements in hardware capabilities, or a combination of both, a sustainable solution is needed to ensure that the RC system can effectively meet the demands of its users in the present day.
