    Our customer uses an emergency mailbox for calls that come in after hours. This will then page 3 techs to respond to the caller. With out this texting ability their emergency mailbox option is now not a valid option for this customer.

    Customer is an insurance agency and has a list of companies each agent will need to call. They need to ability to have one location to upload the list to that will allow all the agents to see and use the list with out having to go into each user and upload the list to their personal contacts. This is a time consuming process for all the users are not very technical and the IT department will spend a considerable about of time walking each agent through this process. Especially when there are updates to the list.
