    It seems like this was implemented by RC, but with the update (Desktop 26.1.3015.1418 Windows Web 26.1.30.6375) it reverted back to opening in the adobe application itself which causes the user to leave RC to view it. :(

    as an administrator of a health care call center, we cannot have staff pausing call recordings.
