Preview Received Faxes in App
It would be very helpful and time saving to have the ability to preview a fax in the app window when clicking on it, instead of having to do an extra click to open the fax. It would make reviewing faxes and finding important information much faster and efficient.

It’s preferable to preview faxes without opening a separate application like Adobe—when multiple patient faxes land at the same office, previews let us identify the original recipient much faster.

It seems like this was implemented by RC, but with the update (Desktop 26.1.3015.1418 Windows Web 26.1.30.6375) it reverted back to opening in the adobe application itself which causes the user to leave RC to view it. :(
