An error occurred while saving the comment Jason commentedWe want to force the caller to listen to the message. Then we can disable all other key prompts or set them to replay the message. This way things like Miranda rights and the like can be played once and the call moves ahead.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jason commentedWe have miranda rights that must be played to callers. They should not be allowed to bypass this message. Currently if it replays three times it moves to the next level of the IVR/Auto Attendant. If you could force that to be '1' play through, vs '3' play throughs, that would be the simplest solution.
