Adjust the Prompt repeat times of IVR menu
With our company, we want to set the prompt repeat times about once or twice times. And then the call of our customers will be transfered to the Customer Service team to pick up if our customers don't press any options. We don't want our customers must wait so long to wait.

Should be customer discretion how many times we select to replay any prompts if at all...thank you! We are a health care org and getting calls to the right selection or default timely is critically important.

We want to force the caller to listen to the message. Then we can disable all other key prompts or set them to replay the message. This way things like Miranda rights and the like can be played once and the call moves ahead.
