    It looks like this has been an ongoing issue for Ring Central for years and they have done nothing about it. All Ring Central cares about is taking money from their clients and they do not care one bit to fix their system. It is clearly a problem that all users have, and they do not care to change it. Whenever you speak with someone on Ring Central tech support, they are very help less and never have a clear answer. This company is frustrating and do not care about our issues, as long as they make their money. Clearly

    This should not even be something we should vote for. This is a call dialer that should have storage for up to 1 year at least. We do not only deal with the client for 90 days then move on, these are clients that we keep in touch with over a long period of time. Change this feature ASAP
