Increase Data Retention for Automatic Call recording (Data Retention Policy)
Customer wanted to increase their accounts retention specially with Automatic call recording.

This should not even be something we should vote for. This is a call dialer that should have storage for up to 1 year at least. We do not only deal with the client for 90 days then move on, these are clients that we keep in touch with over a long period of time. Change this feature ASAP

AGREED, AND HIGHLY NEEDED, ATLEAST 1 YEAR MINIMUM, THIS IS A FEATURE THAT HAS REALLY HAD US LOOKING INTO OTHER VOIP COMPANIES TO USE, AND AS WE SEE THERES A FEW THAT HAVE THIS, JUST REALLY DONT FEEL LIKE LEARNING ANOTHER SOFTWARE ALL OVER AGAIN SO TRYING TO HOLD OUT AND WAIT FOR THIS MUST NEEDED UPGRADE

Account has over 1000 users but the limit is only 100K calls - we don't even get 30 days

It will be good if we could extend the duration of data retention for call recording so that customers can still download recordings in case we will be needing it.

Agreed with this idea! I was looking for a specific note that a recording had in it from over 90 days ago and it was a rather long call. We utilize an AI tool that transcribes our recordings so I was going to download the call to run it through that AI tool. Either lengthening the retention OR adding on an AI transcriber would be very convenient!
