    Upvoted! We’re in the process of migrating over 60 fax lines to RingCentral and would really benefit from a centralized way to view and manage fax messages—ideally via the RingCentral Desktop App, similar to how voicemail co-recipient access works. Having to log into each fax-only user or rely on shared mailboxes isn’t scalable or user-friendly. A shared fax inbox or admin-accessible dashboard would be a game-changer.

    Upvoting this as the Queue Managers permission is not granular enough. I would like the ability to create my own permissions so that there is something between Full Access and Member Management.

    I would like the queue manager to be able to add members to the queue and also add queue managers with messages
